Most fractional advisors at this level charge multiples of this for a single session. The referral revenue is upside. The advisory access is the floor value.
You refer a client. They engage with partnerships.community — a Starter Sprint, a full engagement, an AI workforce build, whatever it is. When they pay, you receive 15% of the gross revenue tied to your referral. No cap. No time limit. The arrangement is lifetime, tied to your account. If you refer someone who becomes a long-term retainer client, you earn 15% of every payment they make, permanently. Payments are made automatically via the same Stripe infrastructure.
A Starter Sprint is a project. You come with a problem, Simon builds a solution in 48 hours, you deploy it. That is a transaction. A Founding Partner is a relationship. Sprint clients can upgrade to Founding Partner at any point — the seats are first-come.
The first seat went pro-bono to the SMB Lab — community conviction capital, deployed before a single contract was signed. The remaining seats are open.
