The eight things you are accepting:

Confidentiality runs both ways. Nothing leaves the room until released.
partnerships.community owns the master recordings, the voice profile derived from them, and any AI voice clone trained on them — including all performers' rights under Part II of the UK Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988 and equivalent international rights. Zodiac has a perpetual, royalty-free licence.
Your natural live performance is still yours. You can sing these songs anywhere.
You receive 15% of net streaming & sync revenue from tracks you appear on (including AI-generated tracks using your voice clone), paid annually.
You consent to being filmed and photographed, and to use of your name, image, likeness and voice in promotion worldwide.
Anything you bring is yours to give and does not infringe anyone else's rights.
You consent to AI voice cloning of your voice — see the separate consent block below, which you must initial.
This is governed by the laws of England and Wales. To the maximum extent permitted by your local law, you also waive (or assign) any right of publicity, personality, image, voice or anti-deepfake right that would otherwise apply (including the Tennessee ELVIS Act, Cal. Civ. Code §3344, N.Y. Civ. Rights Law §§50–51, and any equivalent), and consent to international transfer of your data under UK/EU GDPR Article 49(1)(a).

AI voice cloning — separate, explicit consent (UK GDPR Art. 9(2)(a) / EU GDPR Art. 9(2)(a) / DPA 2018) I confirm I have read clause 9 of the referenced agreement. I give my explicit, freely given, specific, informed and unambiguous consent under Article 9(2)(a) of the UK GDPR, Article 9(2)(a) of the EU GDPR (where I am EEA-resident), and the UK Data Protection Act 2018, for partnerships.community to:

extract, store and process my voice profile (special-category biometric data) from the Studio Day recordings;
use those recordings and voice profile as training data to create AI voice clones of my voice;
generate, distribute and commercially exploit AI-generated performances using those clones, in perpetuity, worldwide;
sub-license those clones to Zodiac and to third parties on commercial terms;
transfer my personal and biometric data outside the UK / EEA where required, under a lawful transfer mechanism or, where required, my consent under Article 49(1)(a) UK / EU GDPR.

I understand the carve-outs in clause 9.3 (no sexual content, no defamatory impersonation, no political endorsements without separate written consent, no use that would breach the Defamation Act 2013, Fraud Act 2006, Online Safety Act 2023, EU AI Act, Tennessee ELVIS Act, Cal. Civ. Code §3344, or N.Y. Civ. Rights Law §§50–51). To the maximum extent permitted by my local law, I waive (or assign) any right of publicity, personality, image, voice, or anti-deepfake right that would otherwise apply. I understand I may withdraw consent prospectively in writing, but withdrawal does not require deletion of clones already created and does not affect prior lawful processing.
